AICPL has two divisions well equipped with the following:
MACHINING SECTION:
The machining section is with equipped with best machines and they are as listed below:
1. Lathes Mechanical & CNC Controlled 2. Milling Machine 3, Surface Grinding Machine 4, Radial Drilling Machine, 5,TIG/MIG/ARC/gas/Spot welding. 6. Dynamic Balancing Machine upto 1500 RPM
MOULDING SECTION:
Moulding section of AICPL is also well equipped with the following:
1. Laboratory for Testing Various Raw Materials. 2. Tooling for Various blades of different sizes 3. Vacuum Moulding Equipment, 4. Hydraulic Press, 5. Match Moment Balancing. 6. Deflection Testing Rig, 7. Pattern and Mould making Section. 8. Tool Room for manufacturing various tooling. 9. RTM Equipment.
The above facilities are used for manufacturing complete fan and other composite products in house.

Research & Development is the basic key for AICPL
R&D has been the key for AICPL success in the field of Cooling Towers and Composites, it's the R5D which has helped AICPL to introduce wide array of Products both for Cooling Towers as well as other Composite applications. Being its core business AICPL has always been on its toes to keep itself updated with the latest technology and trends in international market, AICPL has collaboration with a German Company for manufacturing composites S this association helps in updating ourselves both technically & commercially, AICPL works in close association with some of the primitive institutes of the country for developing any new product which requires reverse engineering & have to operate under critical conditions and full fledged lab facility helps us to achieve accurate results, Addition of wind tunnel tor testing of fans is in the process of incorporation.

What are FRP Axial Flow Fans?
FRP axial Flow Fans made out of MSHDG/Stainless Steel plates along with CI Holding Clamps, Central Bush, Hardware and FRP Blades, FRP Axial Flow fan blades with aerofoils having higher lift lo drag Ratio and hence operate with higher aerodynamic efficiency and are overall efficient compared to Aluminium Bladed Fans. These fans are being used for many applications some of which are listed below:

Quality control
Composite Blades are made under strict supervision of qualified and experienced personnel. The raw materials being used by us conforms to accepted international Standards, At every stage the blades are tested for their quality and strength. Each blade is proof load tested prior to dispatch from the factory. The processing of each blade is monitored critically ensuring the absolute result as predicted.
Testing Facility
Dynamic Balancing:
The hub assemblies are dynamically balanced on the Micro Processor Controlled hard bearing dynamic machine. The balancing of the assemblies are done as per ASTM.
Match Moment Balancing Of Blades :
The fan blades are matched moment balanced on specially designed rig. Match moment of the blades is very essential as it helps the fan run continuously in operation without vibrations.
Raw Material Testing:
All the raw material like fibre Glass, Polyester Resin, Epoxy Resin etc, are tested in our laboratory prior to bulk production. We test. Viscosity. Gel Time. Acid Value, Moisture Content, Mechanical Strength, etc on resin as well as on the Laminate. This ensures the quality of our product and hence its performance.
Unique Features of AICPL Axial Flow Fans
DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT:
CAD methods have been employed in designing our FRP fans by the experts/Scientists & many Institutions, We have selected optimum Aerofoil Section thickness in the region of 12% to 15% to achieve maximum lift and minimum drag coefficient. Due consideration has been given in the Camber Selection. Twist is so designed that the blade sections are maintained at the most efficient angle of attack which is the angle having the highest lift to drag ration.
MINIMUM MAINTENANCE:
Simple design of hub assembly means easy installation and maintenance. Reduction in thrust load due to light weight of FRP blades, with the result increase in the life of gears and bearings.
CORROSION RESISTANCE:
The special characteristics of reinforced fibre composites of fan blades provide them excellent resistance to corrosion and environmental weathering. The selection of material of construction is such that it ensures trouble free service continuously for a long lime even in highly contaminated condition.
OPERATING ECONOMY Upto 15% to 20% savings in the power consumption and hence a very short pay-back period due to savings in operating cost. Lower capacity motor could be used due to lower power consumption. EROSION RESISTANCE:
The leading Edge of fan blades get eroded due to humid air and water droplets resulting in loss of efficiency. To overcome this we have given special protection not only to the leading edge but to the entire blade by Aliphatic PU Paints and Primers. Leading edge of the blade is further protected by applying specially developed PU ceramic paste and hard epoxy.
LIGHT & STRONG
Blades which are manufactured by specially developed process are hollow in section and consequently they are light yet strong and fatigue resistant. Strength to weight ratio of FRP being very high compared lo conventional material such as Aluminum, Steel, and wood.
HIGH PERFORMANCE
Composite fan blades have been designed with most efficient aerofoil sections resulting to higher aerodynamic efficiency.
